With four fundamental disciplines that act as the foundation of their success, you will be working to sustain and optimise a platform that reaches ¼ of a million people. Their system aggregates relevant data points, evaluates thousands of candidate ads with their machine learning models, and decides what ads to show where – all within 10-30ms. Every second, they score tens of thousands of ad contents.
Within this E-commerce scale-up, you’ll be working within the marketing unit developing new advertising campaigns for the company as well as for other external partners. You will be working with Python and Django daily while also facilitating with a learning culture and mentoring juniors. This platform is data-intensive, so you can also expect to be working on some batch-data processing or ETL data flows. You will be responsible for all aspects of this tech from end-to-end, operating on AWS.
